helping adults recognize and change old patterns of thinking and behaving that are
getting in their way. I have over 30 years experience in a variety of settings
working with a wide range of issues including anxiety and panic, depression, grief ,
chronic illness, and life transitions. I provide a safe, caring environment and use an
eclectic approach tailored to the client's needs and goals.

My eclectic therapeutic orientation is grounded in cognitive/behavioral, family
systems and mind/body approaches.
Kathleen has been a psychotherapist for over 25 years.  She works with adults presenting with a wide
range of issues including anxiety, depression and grief.  Kathleen has a special interest in stress
management and stress related medical disorders (insomnia, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome).  
Additionally, Kathleen has specialized training in marriage and family therapy and provides marriage
counseling.

Kathleen has worked in substance abuse, community mental health, university student health
and private practice settings since 1976.
