Insurance Plans
Some insurance companies do not credential providers or they utilize providers from the panels of other companies.  The attached insurance panel list  is not complete.  If
you have any questions about whether we accept your health insurance policy, please refer to our
insurance panel list or contact your insurance company directly.

If we are not on your insurance plan's participating provider panel, we will still be happy to bill any insurance company. Most insurance plans will still cover a significant
portion of your bill. Our billing office would be happy to check on your insurance benefits for you once you have made an appointment.

Benefit Coverage
Once you have scheduled an appointment our billing office would be happy  to check on your benefit coverage.  Please call Julie at 303-487-4943.  If you provide her with
your insurance information, date of birth, name, and mailing address she can provide you with your benefit coverage for behavioral health.

Cash Discount
For our clients without health insurance coverage, we offer a 20% cash discount for some services if you pay at the time of service.

Method of Payment
All insurance co-payments are due at the time of treatment. You will be sent a monthly bill for additional balances due, including portions not covered by your insurance
company. You may pay by cash, check, VISA, or MC.
